Anybody here who speaks and understand English. Because I really do not understand other languages....
Can any body here help me how to configure a winpic800 with my JDM programmer? I think I have configured everything but when I clicked hardware test, it says, Hardware not responding....
Please....please help me.....I need this to solve my project.....

Hello:
Click "settings-->Hardware" will open a window and select the "JDM programmer." Also choose the COM1 or COM2. When you finish click the "Apply edits."

Hello!!!
First be sure your Serial port is phisycal and not emulated (it must come with the motherboard, not be a USB converter). JDM doesn't work on most laptops and newer computers since the serial port max xurrent was reduced from 500mA to 100mA.
After verify that, go to options-> hardware and select JDM Programmer.

I too got that type of error. When I clicked verify, i got following error.
PS. I'm using a programmer that seems to be a JDM and PIC 16F877A chip

to fix the problem make change in hardware config to TE20. I fix my problem doing it. Good job!

This is what I encountered also. The problem was I reverted the pin out of db9 to my programmer, glad it didn't impaired my pic as I reprogram it 6 times, then I noticed the pins was not in the correct position, the GND served as RTS, CTS in place of Txd, etc, totally opposite. As I rearranged the pins accordingly all works perfectly. I can now program my 16f877a.
